Renewables East are hosting a unique full day event on Wednesday 3 March ‘2010
The event is designed to raise the profile of technologies applicable for FIT Support and to introduce the renewable heat incentive which is currently under consultation (RHI launch April 2011). To help the local small and medium renewable energy businesses understand the opportunities for business growth and for the wider region to understand how it can benefit from renewable energy installations. Renewables East have secured key speakers that will guide you through the legislation and the tariff levels, the FIT & RHI opportunities, the financing support and the delivery mechanisms available.
We are please to inform you that one of our key speakers will be Miguel Mendonca from the World Future Council - Miguel's presentation is on citizen and community participation, and how this fits into an overall greening of the economy. He has presented on this theme in numerous countries of late. highlighting what he's concluded after four years of researching and advocating FITs around the world. Miguel has written a book and is going to bring some copies to the event.
